CRONO AND LIVE

The live of the race will be available on the website gtcourmayeur.com from the start of the races. By entering the runner’s name or bib it will be possible to follow his progress.

The time is detected via the bracelet with chips in all the refreshments points (download in the MAPS section the altimetry and the time table to know where the timing points are). Each runner must ensure that they are chipped into each position, addressing the volunteers present. It is necessary to be checked before departure, on the back of the starting arch.

START

All three races start from Piazza Abbé Henry, in the historic center of Courmayeur, in the square of the Church and the oldest House of Guides in Italy, second in the world.

Additional services will be placed nearby.

GTC100 runners will find the van where to load their bag.

The starting area closes half an hour before the start itself (21:30 – GTC100 / 6:30 – GTC55 / 8:30 – GTC30). It means that by that time all runners must have passed by the chippage located in the back of the starting arc. This is to ensure the smooth running of the event without delays, in the half hour before departure you will be given all the last useful information to deal with the race (technical briefing) and of course, to create the right atmosphere!

All races will start in the same direction, parading throughout Via Roma (central street of Courmayeur) preceded by a car of the Local Police that will accompany the runners to the entrance of the path or farm, from where the signage starts with flags and arrows.

ARRIVAL

All races arrive at the Jardin de l’Ange, after having paraded throughout the central street of Courmayeur. Upon arrival, after crossing the finish line, each runner will have access to the Ange area where he will be awarded with the medal and where he will find the location for the final photo and beer.
